‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’, has been going strong at the box office past the weekend and has continued to do so on its first Monday. The film co-directed by Krish and Kangana Ranaut has grossed an estimated Rs 4.50 crore net on its fourth day at the ticket window, states a report on BoxofficeIndia.com.
This has taken the overall four-day collection of the historical drama to an estimated Rs 44.75 crore. ‘Manikarnika’ earned Rs 7.75 crore on the first day and doubled collections to Rs 17.75 crore on Saturday and went on to collect Rs 14.75 crore on Sunday.en her own record as her earlier blockbuster ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ had earned Rs 37.50 crores net over its first weekend, which was the highest first weekend collections for a female-centric film.
The film also stars Ankita Lokhande, Atul Kulkarni, Suresh Oberoi, Danny Denzongpa and Jisshu Sengupta in pivotal roles.
