I am a young Pakistani born and raised in California, USA and I also belong to Lahore, Pakistan. I love reading, working out, travelling and entrepreneurship. I am currently in University and am preparing myself for taking part in international pageants in the year 2021, once when everything is back to normal. In the current pandemic, I am focusing on things in Lahore, as travelling is difficult in these times, and all international pageants have been postponed till the next year.
How does it feel winning the title of Mr. Pakistan World 2020?
It feels amazing, it’s truly surreal for me. It’s always been my goal to be a leader, a role model, and set a good example for others. Just as I have been inspired by certain successful people from the previous generation, I intend to pay it forward to the next generation as well. I hope to make a difference in Pakistan, the country where my roots lie and a nation that has been so kind to me.
What is planned for the coming months?
In the next coming months, I plan on giving back to several charities that I care about. It’s important to give back to the community and help the underprivileged. I also plan on speaking to representatives in the Pakistani government on how I can help Pakistan and make a positive impact there.
I have helped a few charities already and have focused giving food supplies to the underpriveledged in Lahore in the months of March, April and May, but due to the Covid-19 lockdown I have slowed down a bit but I will restart once things are open.
What charities do you support?
I am supporting SOS International. I love working with kids and helping them. There’s nothing better than putting a smile on a child’s face. These days, the most important thing to do is to support any needy family with food rations and that is what I am focused on.
What are your plans for international pageants?
My plans for international pageants are to represent Pakistan on a global stage and make my country proud. I want to accomplish a lot for Pakistan through international pageants and gain respect as well as recognition for my country and fellow Pakistanis.
