Signs of Heart Attack, prior to or during the heart attack:
- Sweating
- Anxiety
- Chest pains
- Shortness of breath
- Vomiting or Nausea
- Dizziness, fainting or Light-headedness
- Anxiety or emotional stress
- High Blood Sugar patients may not have symptoms or very mild symptoms
- Upper back or Chest Pressure
- Unusual fatigue
